Refund policy

Cheap Assignment UK strives to deliver 100% satisfactory academic support to clients across the UK. However, certain circumstances and factors may impact the quality of our commitment. For such cases, we offer full or partial refunds to our clients and the following policy is designed to manage these refunds fairly. All clients are required to abide by these terms for refund. If you continue to use our services, it is considered your agreement with the policy.

Eligibility for a Refund

A refund may be issued under the following circumstances:

Non-Delivery of Work

If the service fails to deliver your work by the agreed upon timeline and no solution is possible, we are liable to refund your amount.

Duplicate Payment

If clients double payment for the same order, we will refund the duplicate amount after verification.

Low Quality or Not as Described

If the delivered content does not match your original requirements even after revisions, the service is liable to refund your amount wholly or partially, according to the case severity and assessment.

Plagiarism Above Accepted Limit

If the delivered work contains plagiarism beyond the acceptable limit (excluding references and quotes) and proof has been submitted, such as a Turnitin report, the service is liable to refund wholly or partially.

NOTE: All refunds, partial or full, will only be processed if sufficient and strong evidence is provided and the work is not used by the client.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• A refund request is submitted after a 30- or 60-day timeline.
• Change in original instructions after the order is completed
• The client is unresponsive after the order placement or offers incomplete/inaccurate information.
• Minor issues that are fixable through revision (grammar, formatting, etc.)
• If the quality satisfaction is due to university rejection, poor grades, or subjective feedback

How to Request a Refund

You can submit your refund request within a maximum of 30 days of post delivery date for standard orders, while for large orders such as dissertations and theses, it extends to 60 days of post delivery date.

When submitting your request, please include your Order ID, the reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation, such as a plagiarism report, email trail, or receipt.

Our support team will assess your request and respond within 3–5 working days.

Refund Amount

• A full refund is offered only in extreme cases, such as total non-delivery or cancellation of the order before work begins.
• Partial refund may apply if some of the work was usable or revisions can be used to improve the original delivery.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method used.

Order Cancellation

• If you cancel an order before a writer is assigned, you may receive a full refund.
• However, a partial refund may be issued if the writer has already started the work based on how much work has been completed.

Dispute Resolution

If you do not agree with our refund decision, you may escalate the case. We ensure fair and prompt resolution of your concerns.

Modifications to the Policy

Cheap Assignment UK reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and clients are required to visit it before any order booking. In case of service continuation, your agreement with the revised terms will be considered.
